Whew! The Las Vegas Review Journal has listings that include Boulder City for both rentals and home sales. Local Real Estate agents with web sites are listed on the Boulder City Real Estate Directory. Detailed information about our limited growth should be available on the City site. The Controlled Growth Ordinance in no way limits, discriminates or otherwise controls who may live here, where they may live or even how they live. It does control the volume of new housing.
