Boulder City is a small town in the neighboring valley from Las Vegas, Nevada, entertainment capital of the world. The city was originally built in 1931 as housing for workers who were building Hoover Dam (the original name of the dam was Boulder Dam). It was designed by urban architect Saco Rienk DeBoer. These pictures are taken in February 2011 and shows just a few angles of what Boulder City has to offer. |
