JOB DESCRIPTION:
Boulder City Critter Sitter is growing, and we’re looking for a special kind of person — someone who finds true joy in caring for animals and has the maturity and professionalism to match.
This is a part-time, independent contractor position (not an employee), providing in-home pet sitting — you’ll be visiting clients’ homes to care for their beloved pets. It’s perfect for someone with life experience and a flexible schedule, especially mornings, evenings/overnights, weekends, and holidays.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Passionate about pets
Trustworthy, responsible, and dependable
An excellent communicator — we send multiple updates and photos to pet parents during each visit
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and respectful of clients’ homes
Willing to become Pet CPR and Pet First Aid certified through the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS)
We’re a local business that is licensed, insured and bonded – and truly loves Boulder City. As proud members of the Chamber of Commerce, Boulder Business Development, and the Boulder Community Club, we’re committed to caring not just for pets — but for the people and community we serve, too.
We get referred quite a bit to Henderson and Las Vegas, so if you live in that area, or are willing to commute (with mileage reimbursement) – that’s a plus!
