All of our residents at The Homestead are getting through COVID-19 with so much strength and grace. We are beyond grateful that we are still covid free in the building.
While our seniors are doing everything they can to keep themselves busy and distracted, The Homestead, a nonprofit assisted living facility, is running low on arts and craft supplies. This seems to be the most therapeutic activity they enjoy.
Also, there has been a spike in our exercise programs. With all their energy, and nowhere to release it, the seniors are working on their physical health! Any weights, exercise videos, or anything you think will benefit our residents would be greatly appreciated!
If anyone is willing to donate supplies to The Homestead, it would mean the world to everyone here! Please bring any donations to the front entrance of our building so we can sanitize before bringing anything in.
