Desert Adventures is a premier outdoor adventure tour company in Las Vegas, operating in Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. We are looking for professional, mature, and fun people to join our team. We operate an extensive multi-sport program that includes paddling, whitewater rafting, trekking, scenic driving tours, and outdoor courses including rope rescue, swiftwater rescue, CPR, First Aid, and wilderness medicine. All applicants who join our team are required to complete our internal training program. Warehouse staff will assist in warehouse operations, organizing gear, and preparing for upcoming trips. Responsibilities will include maintaining and cleaning equipment, repairing gear, maintaining cleanliness of warehouse and retail store, loading kayaks and canoes, and coordinating logistics with trailers, guides, and drivers. Cross-training is available for qualified staff interested in obtaining other positions with Desert Adventures.
If you are adventurous, enjoy working outside, don’t mind physical labor, and are available to work in the afternoon, we may have a position for you. Must be willing to work in an outdoor desert environment, be physically fit, and able to lift 50+ lbs alone, and 90+ lbs with the help of another person. Warehouse staff must demonstrate solid work ethic, possess high standards, be detail-oriented, and extremely organized. Qualified applicants must be able to use a computer to access the internet, be able to work quickly and efficiently without supervision, have a sense of urgency, and be on time. You must act in a professional manner at all times, and dress according to your job function.

SEASON: Desert Adventures operates year round, but our peak season is February through November. Candidates do not need to be available year round to be considered for employment, but you must be available during peak season.
TRAINING: On-the-job training is available internally for this position, and will be paid at the current minimum wage. An introductory review at the end of 30 days may be conducted if deemed necessary.
