JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Dual Hotel Sales Coordinator supports the sales efforts of two IHG-managed hotels by providing administrative, operational, and customer-focused support to the sales team. This role assists with group and corporate bookings, coordinates meeting and event logistics, maintains accurate sales documentation, and ensures exceptional guest and client experiences. All duties are performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Support the Sales Manager in booking and actively pursuing group and corporate business while aligning with hotel revenue goals
• Coordinate meeting and event details, including room setup, catering, and audio-visual needs, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction
• Ensure meeting rooms are properly set, organized, and clean for all groups and clients
Required:
• 1+ years hotel administrative or sales experience
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication (verbal & written) skills
• Strong attention to detail with effective organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with brand standards
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Reference’s Required
Preferred:
• Experience with property management and sales systems (HotelKey, OPERA, IHG programs), strongly preferred
• 2–3 years of related hospitality or sales experience
• Verify proper payment arrangements for all events in accordance with company policies
• Monitor event activities to ensure successful execution and proactively address client needs
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and collaboration with all departments
• Build positive relationships with guests and external business partners through professional interaction and post-event follow-up to encourage repeat business
• Maintain accurate sales data, documentation, and reports to support informed decision-making
• Engage with guests before, during, and after events to ensure a positive experience and timely resolution of concerns
• Complete tasks and special projects assigned by the Sales Manager or management team
• Provide sales support and follow-up in the Sales Manager’s absence as needed
