900 Arizona Street
Saturday, December 7th is the 45th Annual Doodlebug Craft Bazaar where there’s all sorts of homemade items: clothing, jewelry, holiday decorations, linens and more! It’s held with FREE admission at the Parks & Rec. Center on 900 Arizona Street from 9am – 4pm. The event will be both indoors and outside, as this year they have over 135 vendors!
They’ll also have a raffle drawing with the top prize at $200 cash, plus lots of other prizes! Tickets for the raffle will be sold a few days in advance in front of the Boulder Dam Credit Union and Albertsons, weather permitting. Any questions, please contact Cokie Booth at 702-812-4142.
The Boulder City Community Club is a non-profit who has been active in Boulder City since 1974, and this is their only fundraising event. Since its formation, the group has made donations to local Boulder City organizations that need the help, such as: Boulder City Animal Control, Boulder City Hospital Auxiliary, Emergency Aid, Lend-A Hand, the BC Police Dept., the BC Senior Center, St. Jude’s Ranch for Children, See Spot Run, and so many more.
The organization is open to everyone and they meet monthly from Sept. – April.
