The 19th Annual Dam Short Film Festival has returned IN PERSON here in Boulder City and it’s bigger and better than ever! This year the programs will be shown at the Elaine K. Smith Building in Boulder City where the red carpet will be thrown out for all to view over 150 films in 31 different blocks. Tickets are available for purchase (and selling at a record rate) for individual blocks, Day Passes, the full 5-Day Passes.
