Drive thru the spooky happenings this year at Veteran’s Memorial Park on Saturday, October 23rd from 5pm – 8pm where your kiddos will enjoy themed car games, candy and prizes all from the convenience of your car.
Enter the park via Commons Way off of Veterans Memorial Drive, and then cruise through a maze of wonderful themed ‘treat’ stations where the kiddos will receive their treats!
This is also a great way to support our local businesses who will be participating in this unique event. The Chamber of Commerce says that the business response has been overwhelming this year, with lots of new participants, and everyone being so creative to give some unique, and specially packaged treat for the children.
Halloween themed music will be on an FM receiver to help set the spooky mood and there will be lots of costumes and all sorts of fun on hand!
The cost is $10 per car, and they are asking for CASH ONLY, and of course exact change will be appreciated. Last year this was a complete sell-out, so be sure to line up early!
