JOB DESCRIPTION:
At Fisher Space Pen Co., we create and produce Pens that are American Made. We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to join the FSP family, interested in a Long-Term Position. QC technicians are responsible for testing materials and finished products to ensure they conform to all applicable laws and company standards. QC technicians test products across the three stages of production (before, in-process, and final) to ensure quality levels are met. QC technicians need to have strong math skills and show good attention to detail.
Qualifications for Quality Control Technician
Some Experience with Inspection and/or Production Preferred
Ability to Work Independently, as well as Part of a Team
Excellent Organizational Skills and Detail Oriented
Ability to Analyze and Interpret Information
Strong Mathematical skills including Fractions, Ratios, and Proportions
Good Vision Capable of Inspecting Small Parts
Duties
Perform Inspections across all Stages of Production
Prepare and Maintain Accurate Test Data for Review
Communicate Quality or Compliance Concerns with Urgency
Must be able to read Measuring Equipment
Full Time M-F 6 am to 2:30 pm
30-Day Trial Period

Compensation: $17+ Depending on experience
