Duties: Provide exceptional customer service, support and assistance. Check-in passengers for Grand Canyon Tours. Issue boarding passes, and assist supervisor with any customer concerns.
Required:
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Basic computer skills with MS Office.
Experience with booking reservations helpful.
Basic math skills.
Cash handling.
Phone skills.
Valid Driver’s license.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
Proactive.
