Papillon Airways is seeking to hire a CSR – Customer Service Rep! Below is the information about the open position:
POSITION TITLE: CSR – Customer Service Rep
TYPE OF POSITION: Part Time
LENGTH OF EMPLOYMENT: Seasonal / Temporary
Job Duties: Check in passengers for airplane and helicopter flights. Greet customers, upgrade sales, take reservations, prepare refunds, board passengers, and assist with customer service issues.
Requirements/Experience: Customer service experience preferred.
Flexible with schedule. Must be able to work weekends. Good problem solving skills. Works well under pressure. Ability to multitask in a high pace environment. Ability to lift 50lbs. Additional language and cashier experience is a plus.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Knowledge of Alpro, Microsoft Office is a plus.
