LENGTH OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent / Year-Round
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking to hire a full-time Customer Service Ticket Agent. The individual will check-in guests for their tour flight to the Grand Canyon. CSR will update passenger data in the computer system, issue flight boarding passes and ensure that each passenger watch the safety video before boarding their flight. The CSR will answer questions, phones, and make announcement updates. The CSR will resolve customer issue’s professionally creating the best customer service experience possible.
Requirements:
Excellent and clear communication skills, professional demeanor always.
Problem solving skills.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Valid unexpired Nevada drivers license.
Intermediate level typing, computer, and data entry experience.
Basic math skills.
Previous customer services experience or service job is helpful.
Open availability to work including weekends, Sundays, holidays. We are a 7-day operation.
We participate in a DOT FAA drug program.
