JOB DESCRIPTION:
Urgently hiring.
The Papillon Airways Inc. Reservations Department is seeking a Reservations Agent to book reservations by phone and internet for our Grand Canyon Tours. The work location is at 1265 Airport Road, Boulder City, Nevada 89005.
Requirements:
- Reservations experience in a tour travel environment preferably call center/sales (upsell abilities). Preferably experience in booking reservations for travel, tours, cruises, airlines, familiarity with travel industry.
- Computer experience with email, and internet bookings, and processing payments, guest communications and confirmations.
- Phone experience, guest service.
- Typing 30 wpm with accuracy.
- Graduate HS/GED
