Ticket Counter CSR (Customer Service Representative)
$11.00 per hour/part-time
Early morning/afternoon shifts available.

Description: Greet, check-in passengers, gather passenger data, reservation information, confirmations, weight, and payment data. Show passengers safety video. Assist passengers to location to board aircraft. Run passenger manifest report. Answer phones, makes changes and notes to passenger reservations. Answer general emails, provide basic reply correspondence. Answer questions about tours, general information and provide information to visitors. Work together with fellow co-workers such as pilots and other support staff from related departments.

Minimum Requirements
-Must be flexible to work weekends including Sundays, and holidays. Early morning shifts can start at 5 am or 6 am.
-Must be a minimum of 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license or state ID and authorized to work in the U.S.
-Must be able to lift to 50lbs, bend, push, pull, reach, stand periodically for blocks of time.
-Neat appearance, professional demeanor, customer service, overall enjoy working with people and attending to customers.
-Requires some computer/email experience, light typing and basic math/counting skills.
-GED/HS diploma.
-Bi-lingual a plus, not required.
-Must read, write, and speak English.
