Director of Marketing – Las Vegas, NV Papillon Helicopters | Airline & Adventure Tourism
Papillon Helicopters, a global leader in aerial sightseeing for 60+ years, is seeking a Director of Marketing to drive brand growth, demand generation, and revenue performance from our Las Vegas headquarters in Boulder City, Nevada, the epicenter of our global operations.
This senior leadership role blends creative storytelling with commercial execution, owning global marketing strategy across digital, direct, and partner channels. You will lead high-impact campaigns that inspire travelers, accelerate bookings, and expand performance across leisure, group, and international markets, working closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations.
What You’ll Do
• Lead revenue-focused, omni-channel marketing strategy
• Drive direct bookings, partner demand, and customer acquisition
• Champion brand and creative innovation across all touchpoints
• Use data, KPIs, and ROI to guide strategy and investment
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and agency partners
What You Bring
• 8+ years of marketing leadership experience (travel/tourism preferred)
• Proven success driving growth through creativity and performance marketing
• Strong digital, CRM, analytics, and team leadership skills
• International marketing experience a plus
