Now, THIS is what I was talkin’ about when I had my first vision of the Shop Local section of Boulder City Social! The local BC businesses in town having a place to offer special deals and discounts to Fans and let us know when they’re doing community-driven events.
I was talking to the managers of Albertsons (Tom & Pete, by the way) and they told me about some fun things they’re planning (like an in-store Easter Egg Hunt for the kids on April 15th and what they’re doing for National Night Out this year…but more about those on another day).
So here’s to bringin’ BC businesses together with the Fans, man! Oh, and to kick it off, don’t forget that tomorrow is Albertsons’ monthly storewide sale (Friday, April 1st) from 6am – noon, where you can get 5% of your entire grocery order (barring the usual items like gift cards, stamps, tobacco, alcohol, dairy, etc.).
