Kim Diehm, the Director of the Boulder City Library reached out to let us know they are looking for a new Board Member for their Board of Trustees, and wanted us to spread the word.
The Board of Trustees is made up of five members appointed by the Clark County Commissioners who will serve a four-year term with the possibility of being re-appointed. The Board regularly meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7 PM in the Board Room of the Library. During the month of May, the Nevada Revised Statutes require that the budget meeting be held on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Additional committee meetings and special meetings may be held as needed. You can contact a current Trustee directly as well as view the agenda and minutes for previous meetings of the Board of Trustees on their website HERE.
