There is a TON of stuff going on next weekend here in Boulder City, as all of the annual events that the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce puts on start to kick in!
First up — we have the Luminaria and Las Posadas at the Rec Center on December 1st at 6pm, where you can enjoy a live Nativity scene with entertainment and hot cocoa.
On December 2nd – it’s the annual Christmas Tree Lighting at 6pm in Frank Crowe Park.
On December 3rd — you can come and visit ME in Bicentennial Park…oh wait – the real attraction is probably Santa Claus, who will be taking pictures with the kiddos from 11am – 2pm…but I’ll be there as well – serving up hot cocoa and mini candy canes on behalf of the Rotary Club of Boulder City.
Also on December 3rd — finally…a HUGE parade will take place in the Historic District at 4:30pm in honor of my birthday …oh wait, that’s also for Santa…but will be a ton of fun in any case! Don’t you think they shoulda made me Grand Marshal or something? Oh well…there’s always next year…
