Who doesn’t look forward to the Doodlebug Bazaar every year? Well, it’s comin’ up on Saturday, Dec. 3rd from 9am – 4pm in the Boulder City Parks & Recreation Building (900 Arizona St.) and as usual, admission is free!
The Boulder City Community Club sponsors the annual Doodlebug Bazaar (this will be the 37th, by the way) and over 100 vendors from both inside and outside Nevada come to sell their handmade arts and crafts, holiday decorations, ornaments, clothing, toys and much more. A raffle is also held for prizes that are donated by the vendors and local businesses.
The Community Club sells hot non-alcoholic drinks and packaged snacks and they have a local vendor who sells cold non-alcoholic drinks and hot prepared food.
All proceeds stay within Boulder City and benefit community organizations such as Emergency Aid, St. Jude’s Ranch for Children, Lend A Hand, the July 4th Damboree, Parks & Recreation’s youth programs, Boulder Dam Hotel Museum, Senior Center, and many more.
If you’d like more information on this year’s event or how you can get a booth at next year’s event (because they sell out pretty early), please call Linda Graham at 278-6603.
