We can’t believe it’s already time for Early Voting to begin in the 2021 Primary Election!
With a slate of thirteen candidates, the discussion has been spirited and lively! Now is the time to narrow the field a bit. To help you make a decision, you’ll recall most of the candidates participated in our Podcast Series with Roger Gros of Boulder City Podcasts (see them all HERE), and also during the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce’s Virtual Candidates Night just last week.
As with the 2020 Presidential Election, you should have already received your mail-in ballot. You can fill this out and either mail it in the prepaid envelope or drop it off at one of two official locations: the City Clerk’s office at 401 California Avenue or the Parks and Recreation Voting Center at 900 Arizona Street. The Early Voting period runs from March 25th to April 2nd. Times are noted on the flyer.
If you prefer to vote in person, you’re encouraged to do so at the new early voting site at the Parks and Recreation building on Arizona Street. You will need to surrender your mail-in ballot or sign an affidavit that you will not use it to vote.
You may also elect to vote in person on Election Day, April 6 from 7:00AM to 7:00PM. You can vote on Election Day at one of two voting centers: the Parks and Recreation Building or at MP King Elementary School at 888 Adams Boulevard.
