One annual Boulder City tradition has been the fundraiser for the AAUW, (American Association of University Women) by putting on this smashing Boulder City Home Tour!
This year, that event will be held on Saturday, December 14th from 1-4pm, and tickets are $15 each. Get your tickets at the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce or the Boulder Dam Hotel. Additional information can be found on their web site HERE. The proceeds fund college scholarships for local women.
Tour participants will visit the homes and the shelter in their own cars, by following a map that comes with the wristband ticket. To visit the LADWP Lodge, ticket holders must sign up for a shuttle time at the Boulder Dam Hotel. No private cars will be allowed at the lodge, so signing up for a shuttle seat when you purchase your ticket is recommended. There are a limited number of seats available on the shuttle, so local residents are urged to sign up for shuttle seats before Dec. 14 if they wish to see the lodge.
