Not everyone is on Facebook, right? Right. If you think that’s a bummer because they are missing all the cool posts about Boulder City, there IS a solution!
Every Thursday afternoon, I compile the week’s posts into an email newsletter and send it out to people who have subscribed to receive it. Yep – takes a couple of hours…but we don’t want to discriminate against non-Facebookers, now do we? Nope.
So if you know someone who doesn’t know about BC Social and you think would like to…you can just forward them a copy of the weekly eNewsletter (in case they want to subscribe to it).
Want to see that they’re missing (and maybe even what you are missing)? Scroll down to see a screenshot of the eNewsletter from two days ago (Thursday, September 24th, 2011).
Now, how do you forward this to someone you think would like to know about Boulder City Social, but isn’t on Facebook:
- First, click on last week’s eNewsletter image BELOW and it will take you to the live version on the web.
- At the very top, you’ll find a link called “Forward to a Friend”…just click that.
- Fill in the form with their info and yours (don’t worry — none of it is captured or retained).
- Then just hit the “Send Email” button and you’re done. Simple!
There is a link in the email where they can subscribe if they want to. In case YOU want to subscribe, you can do that from the page which is LOCATED HERE).
The more folks who know about Boulder City Social — the better it is for the site, so how many friends do YOU have that you can share it with??? Come on, show me whatcha got!
