We’re thrilled to introduce you to another new business in town along with its owner Rolando Medrano and his family.
Some of you may already know them, as they’ve lived here for 21 years, and raised their kids locally. Rolando also used to own the Oasis Water Truck Company.
He’s a scrappy entrepreneur who knows what it takes and Rolando says he’s wanted to open a restaurant for the longest time – and finally made it happen!
The mobile truck is located near the industrial park area at 708 Canyon Road, next to the True Value Hardware Store.
He’s got some outdoor seating and says his focus is all locals. (Three folks stopped by for a food order while we were there, and it smelled awesome!)
Hours are Sun-Thurs from 11am to Evening, Fridays 11am to Evening and then closed Saturdays.
On the menu are tacos, burritos, combos, hamburgers and sandwiches. As well as your morning coffee!
Rolando says he so grateful to his family, friends, neighbors and everyone who’s helped him on this journey.
Can’t wait to get us some street tacos!
