The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) has started placing fence posts for a new 18-inch high fence going up between the Foothill Drive exit off U.S. Hwy 95 and southwest Boulder City.
Yep…18 inches high. Because it’s a fence meant to keep our desert tortoise population safe while Phase 1 of the Boulder City Bypass gets underway.
