In case you haven’t noticed, the local yoga, pilates and wellness center, the Studio Mind | Body has moved from their original location on Canyon into downtown, now at 1320 Wyoming Street.
Owner Leah Blondin says she’s wanted to relocate for over a year, and as of about 2 weeks ago, finally made it happen!
The new space is about twice the size of the old one, she says, plus there is an outdoor patio she plans to expand into as well.
The Studio offers six different types of yoga, two kinds of pilates work, and “pump” classes which are a combo of the two. Leah says more classes will be added after the New Year, and she also offers functional diagnostic testing for nutrition and hormones as well as other holistic wellness features and products.
Right now, you can sign up to try your first two-weeks of membership with unlimited classes for only $30.
