Like every other organization right now, our local Boulder City Library has had to punt and create new programs for families to take advantage of their services remotely. Here’s what is happening at the Library for the next month or so:
Curbside Pick up and Drop Off Service – Available 6 days a week, you can call them at 702-293-1281 and put an item on hold and they will set a date and time you can come and pick it up. Full details on their web site are HERE.
The Summer Reading Program – This is a virtual program online through Beanstack, and you can learn more on this link and sign up HERE.
Storytime Crafts on YouTube – The BC Library has set up their own YouTube channel HERE and it’s full of all sorts of fun storytime crafts, and even cursive writing lessons (so much for being that our own private ‘adult code’!) Right now, when you pick up your Storytime book, you can also get your craft kit as well!
Comic Contest – For the remainder of July, they have a contest running, and the rules are below for you to see, and you can download the panel form to participate HERE.
Computers Available – Lastly, at the rotunda, you can still use the common area computers at this location. Call the Library at 702-293-1281 for times and questions.
