In case you’ve missed it, tonight from 7pm – 9pm out at Veterans Memorial Park, the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce is hosting this year’s Trunk or Treat event!
This year will of course be a bit different from years prior – it will indeed be a drive-thru only experience, but the Chamber CEO, Jill Lagan has worked really hard to still make it a special experience for our youths!
She tells us that this year cars will enter from the Veterans Memorial Drive side of the area, and then drive through a maze of wonderful themed ‘treat’ stations where the kiddos will receive their treats creatively, but remotely!
Jill says that the business response has been overwhelming this year, with lots of new participants, and everyone being so creative to give some unique, and specially packaged treat for the children.
Halloween themed music will be on an FM receiver to help set the spooky mood and there will be lots of costumes and all sorts of fun on hand!
The cost is $5 per car, and they are asking for CASH ONLY, and of course exact change will be appreciated. We hope to hear there was a fantastic turnout for this year’s first live event in Boulder City!
