“Do you know if xxx or yyy is open?”
That’s a question you hear all around us these days. How can we support our local retailers and business owners, if it’s hit and miss on who is open, what days and what hours? It’s a fair question.
But wait! There IS a resource for ya, and we’re going to tell you all about it. But first…we need to give credit where credit is due…
Beth Walker, (of Grandma Daisy’s and Trygg Insurance) sent an email to several of us asking for some sort of a listing that could be published that would give all the info on our business community in one central location. Knowing how much work it took this humble blogger to create my own listing of the restaurants, I knew this was no small task.
And guess what – our amazing Chamber of Commerce had already created that very tool!
So where do you go to get all the 411 on our businesses? BOOKMARK THIS PAGE HERE on your browser or phone and you’ll have a list that is updated regularly you can refer to. Simply scroll down a bit, you’ll see a list by industry, highlight over the type of business, and click into that. You’ll get a Google Map that pops up, and a list of the businesses below with their information.
Even better – if you’re a business owner and need to update your info or get your business listed, you can that that right there on the page! Simply look at the bottom of that same section, and you’ll see the form you need to fill out.
