“Forge Social House” is the name ultimately bestowed to the “event center” that’s been in development by the folks who brought you The Dillinger. You know, it’s the house in that commercially zoned area right behind the police station and Boulder Dam Credit Union (at 553 California Ave.).
They’ve already hosted a number of private events and have even been doing ‘Fixed Menu-Reservation Only Dinners’ each Wednesday.
But this coming Sunday, they’re hosting their first ‘public event’ (with a $5 ticket price) with Justin Mather’s album release party and everyone is invited. It’s from 2pm-5pm and Justin will be playing his entire album cover to cover to celebrate the release of his new album “Old Records”.
Craft Haus Brewery is sponsoring the event with 3 beers on tap and Forge’s chef will be preparing 3 courses of tapas to accompany them. I don’t have the menu pricing to include, but I do have the food/beer offerings, which I’ve listed below the photos.
But first, the photos by the fabulous Sara Ford (website here)! Below are a couple interior shots and an exterior one…I attended an event there last week and it’s very cool looking inside, so if you’d like to check it out yourself, attending Sunday’s release party is your chance!
