A Message From Boulder City’s School Principals

All three of Boulder City’s School Principals want us to know they are planning for the return of online learning, and to assure parents, students and teachers alike – don’t worry – they’ve got this!

Earlier this week the Clark County School District announced that they were going to begin the year with the online only learning format for all area schools. Classes will begin August 24th, and teachers and administrators are prepping now to be ready for a successful year ahead.

Staff will be working in a hybrid model, where those who wish to work from home may do so, or may come into the school and work on a schedule. Online training to help the teachers will also be available to help them be prepared and to help them with needed support and skills training.

We sure do appreciate ALL of our Boulder City school teachers, their staff and administration for continuing the roll with the punches. And a big thanks to Principals, Ben Day, Melanie Teemant, and Amy Wagner for all of their hard work!
