The American Association of University Women chapter in Boulder City is hosting their annual Wine and Chocolate Tasting at the Boulder Dam Hotel (1305 Arizona Street) on April 26, 2025. The event will take place from 6:00PM to 9:00PM. There will be live music on the patio and all the wine and chocolate you desire. Tickets are $25 and include a souvenir wine glass. Tickets are available beginning April 11 at Boulder Dam Hotel or at the door (check or cash only). Music by Jim Lind and comments and introductions by Mary Lind, will enhance the experience of trying different wines and chocolate treats provided by AAUW members.
Proceeds from the event help fund the Boulder City AAUW’s scholarships for local college women. There are currently 8 scholarship recipients, and several students will be available to talk with, at the event. The Restaurant 1933 will offer a discounted dinner menu for those with a ticket to the Wine and Chocolate Event. Partners are The Boulder Dam Hotel, the Boulder Dam Credit Union, the Restaurant 1933, with thanks to Troop 7 Scouts.
