Well, we can’t believe it, but summer is officially over today with the first day of school for Clark County School District (CCSD) students. This is your annual reminder to observe reduced traffic speed around the four CCSD schools – AJ Mitchell (Grades Pre K-2), MP King (Grades 3-5), EM Garrett Middle School (Grades 6-8) and Boulder City High School (Grades 9-12) – from 7:00AM to 3:30PM each day. Also, U-turns within school zones (during school hours) are not permitted.
Boulder City students can look forward an enriching year of education with dedicated educators and staff. The four schools expect enrollment to remain steady, with approximately 1700 students returning to Boulder City campuses this year. You can check out the CCSD 2025-2026 School Calendar HERE.
