Annual Spring Jamboree – This Weekend!

If you're anything like us, you can't wait for Spring Jamboree each year. We sat down with Jill Rowland Lagan, CEO of the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce to find out what fun stuff is planned for the weekend.

On Saturday at 9:00AM, come cheer on the contestants for Little Miss and Little Mister Boulder City, sponsored by Dance, Etc. At 11:00AM you can see the bestest boys and girls as they charm the crowd for Bark in the Park, emceed by community leader and local Realtor, Cokie Booth and hosted by See Spot Run. On Sunday at 10:00AM, there's a fun event: Miss Spring Jamboree Pinup Contest.

There will be, of course, the famous Pan Draggers Rod Run Car Show beginning Friday. Also, the Southern Nevada Gem and Mineral Society Show will take place inside the Parks and Recreation gym buildings. Other things to look for this weekend include:

• Kids activities in KidZone Activity Area


• Antiques and collectibles


• Flippenout Trampoline Show


• Handmade art, crafts and boutique items


• Live music


• Chamber Showcase Business Expo


• More than 200 booths

We can't be remiss in mentioning that all the wonderful food vendors will be there. We can't wait to get our hands on some amazing festival food!
