I guess we could call this the ‘Not Third Thursday at The Museum’ – as this month in October it’s actually happening a week early on the SECOND Thursday of the month!
So, next Thursday, October 10th at 6pm the Third Thursday at the Museum lecture series, will be the last one of the year to be held at the Hoover Dam Museum inside the Boulder Dam Hotel.
This month we welcome Dr. Caryll Batt Dziedziak, who will speak on ‘Makers – Women in Nevada History’.
According to Tiane Marie, “It is one of our association’s several educational and cultural programs developed to involve the Southern Nevada community in topics of historical and regional interest. The 2019 series theme is “Under-Told Stories of Southern Nevada”.
