While the weather may not feel like autumn, the activities certainly do! Trunk or Treat is a perfect example! An anticipated community event, this year it will take place on Saturday, October 19 from 3:30PM to 6:30PM. As usual, the local will be Veterans Memorial Park. Your hosts this year are the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce and Boulder City Bass Club.
There will be a number of activities occurring throughout the afternoon to keep everyone busy. These include:
- Costume Parade & Contest: Show off your best Halloween costumes and compete for exciting prizes!
- Trunk Decorating Contest: Decorate your car trunk for a chance to win in the Best Decorated Trunk competition.
- Kids Activities: Enjoy games, crafts, and other activities designed to keep the little ones entertained.
- Food Truck: Grab a bite from the featured food truck and enjoy delicious treats while you take part in the festivities!
The event is FREE if you decorate and bring candy to pass out. If you simply want to enjoy the atmosphere, the cost is just $20 per car. Sponsor booths (10′ x 10′) are available to Chamber of Commerce members for FREE. For non Chamber of Commerce members the cost is $50. It’s an economical way to promote your business and have fun with all the little trick or treaters.
