There’s some fresh powder up on Canyon Road cuz it’s a new hot spot for some shave ice. Yes, we have a couple other spots in town where you can get shave ice…but what we DON’T have are some rockin’ gourmet waffles! So it’s to BC Shavee’s we go!
BC Shavee’s is a food truck located at 708 Canyon Road…just a smidge up the street from Home Hardware and their current hours are Monday through Friday from 10am – 10pm and Saturday from 8am – 10pm (closed Sundays). They are also going to do a few events here and there since the trailer is mobile (and word on the street is that they’ll be at the showing of Disney’s ‘Frozen’ for Movies in the Park tomorrow night).
