The Rotary Club of Boulder City’s Best Dam Barbecue Challenge returns this coming Friday night at 4pm and runs though 6pm on Saturday (May 22nd & 23rd, 2015) up in Bicentennial Park.
Professional barbecue teams from surrounding states will begin rolling their rigs through town on Thursday afternoon to get ready for this annual competition … something for which they stay up all night in the park and smoke their hearts out to win their share of $12,000 in prize money.
There will be a Marketplace for shopping, live entertainment for listening, bounce houses for jumping, a car show for oogling, beer and margaritas for drinking and yeah, a whole lotta food for eating! Check out www.bestdambarbecue.com for all the info and we’ll see ya there!
