Best of Boulder City Voting Now Open

Best of Boulder City Nevada

The Boulder City Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations and voting has begun for the inaugural Best of Boulder City competition. Voting began at midnight on March 6 and continues until midnight on April 25. Nominations will also be accepted until April 25. What is the contest? It’s a chance for residents to recognize their favorite local (Boulder City) businesses. The winners will be announced at Spring Jamboree on May 6 (yes, we can’t believe it’s just two months away either!).

There are over fifty categories available and all you have to do is register online HERE and then go thru the categories and vote for your faves! Don’t see a business listed? You can also nominate them by going HERE and submitting the nomination.

Per the rules:

  • Nominees must do business (or work for non-business-related categories) within Boulder City or have an active Boulder City Chamber Membership. We verify all participants via their Business License, social media, registered website, etc.. This rule is excluded for certain non-business-related categories.

In addition to the business-related categories, you can also vote for candidates for Best Volunteer or Best Event of the Year. There are also categories for Best Teacher, Best Youth Entrepreneur, and more.

As we mentioned, the winners will be announced at Spring Jamboree at 12:00PM on Saturday, May 6. Each winner receives an award and bragging rights for a year, plus the knowledge that they are beloved by their community.

Voting has been open just over 24 hours and already 2000 votes have been cast! We want to see more of the community participate in this fun, local contest so be sure to head over and cast your vote soon, Check out the contest rules HERE. Remember the deadline ito vote and/or submit nominations is 11:59PM on April 25.

We have so many great businesses and people in this town, we are looking forward to Spring Jamboree and finding out who wins! Good luck to everyone!
