Founding owners Carrie and Chuck Houtman have some family obligations in Washington that require them to relocate there…so they must sadly part with Boulder City’s beloved coffee drive thru.
The sale of the already profitable business includes both buildings, as well as all of the equipment and inventory. The asking price is $70,000 and again…it’s already turning a profit, which has increased each year, no less.
