Boulder City Abuzz with Pollinator Week Activities

PollinatorWeek Boulder City

It’s time for the annual Pollinator Week activities in Boulder City. The official designation is June 17 to June 23, 2024 and there is a whole slate of activities for residents to get involved in.

Monday, June 17 at 3:00PM – Pollinator Week kickoff! Check out pollinator.org to follow our very own Pollinator Path of Boulder City. See the official Pollinator Week Proclamations posted in the lobby of The Boulder Dam Hotel (1305 Arizona Street) or at Iron Rose Plant and Vintage Shop (525 Nevada Way). While there, pick up your official ‘toolkit’ with instructions and ideas of how to join the fun of Pollinator Week of Boulder City, such as making wind spinners, decorating your yard/garden, your car, your home and color lights of your home yellow and orange to celebrate the week! Help yourself to handouts and materials/supplies for make and take projects. Sign up to have your home/yard/garden as an official ‘Stop’ on the Pollinator Path of Boulder City. Evening time, enjoy Pollinator Week themed colored Bistro Lights over Arizona Street! Take selfies and post!
