“One of our missions at Boulder City Fire Department is to provide information and classes that reduce risk and make our residents better prepared for emergencies. This four hour course will educate teens and young adults on what they need to know for safe and successful babysitting.”
This class will be following the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) certification model and successful participant will receive a two-year certification. This is an ideal opportunity for teenagers who are babysitting or have responsibility for younger family members.
The new program gives teenagers and young adults everything they need to know for safe and successful babysitting. From getting started with their business, to dealing with parents and children, to key safety, caregiving, and first aid tips, the magazine-format CABS guide and vlogger-style video make learning fun.
Class size is limited so early registration is required.
