Boulder City Library Events for October 2026

October is Banned Books Month at Boulder City Library, located next to ABC Park at 701 Adams Boulevard. Find out more about banned books during the weeklong observance at the Library from October 4 to October 10.

The Library will be closed the following days for October 2026:

• Monday, October 12 for Indigenous Peoples Day and Columbus Day
• Friday, October 30 for Nevada Day

Otherwise, the Library will be open for regular hours the rest of the month: Monday thru Thursday from 10:00AM to 8:00PM, and Friday through Sunday from 10:00AM to 5:00PM.

Join us to Trick or Treat in the Library immediately following storytimes on 10/23 & 10/27 at 11am and on 10/29 at 10:30am. Children attending storytime are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costume and bring a bag/bucket to collect treats!

Exclusions FOR TECH TEACHER INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Device repairs, device set-up, same day appointments, over the phone appointments, and/or multiple same week appointments. Tech Teachers are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1pm & 2pm and Wednesdays at 12pm & 1pm.
