Here’s what’s happening down at the Boulder City Library this month, where The Summer Reading Program kicks off at the end of the month, featuring some creepy-crawly creatures! We’ve rounded up a few highlights for you here:

May 4 – 2pm Homemade Spa Day Craft: Ages 16+, Board Room. Learn how to make your own spa supplies! You must sign up in advance at the information desk and pay the $5 craft fee.

May 99am Best Dam Readers Book Club: Community Room, Ages 18+.

May 14 – 6pm Home Buyers Class with Gold Star Financial: Board Room, All ages. Learn from Gold Star Financial what you need to become a homeowner.

May 26 – 27 Closed for Memorial Day Weekend.

May 28  – Summer Reading Program Kickoff! 2 showings of Live Animals with Southern Nevada Water Authority! 10-10:45am and 11:15-12pm, All Ages, Cmty Room. Get close and personal with native Southern NV animals!
