Boulder City Library: January 2022 Programming

The Boulder City Library has scheduled its programming for the month of December. We’ve summarized them for you below:

Ages 0-5 Programs – All programs take place in the Board Room of the Library

  • TUESDAYS at 10:30AM: Toddler Tuesday Storytime for ages 1-3 and caregiver
  • THURSDAYS at 10:30AM: Preschool Prep Storytime for ages 3-5 and caregiver
  • FRIDAYS at 10:30AM: Drop In Storytime for ages 0-5

Ages 6-11 Programs – All programs take place in the Community Room of the Library

  • SATURDAY JAN 6 AND JAN 20 at 3:30PM: Lego Building Challenge
  • SATURDAY JAN 8 at 1:00PM: Art Club
  • THURSDAY JAN 13 AND JAN 27 AT 3:30PM: Coding Club – Learn the basics of coding through block coding

Ages 12-18 Programs – All programs take place in the Community Room of the Library except as noted

  • SUNDAYS AT 3:00PM: Supernatural Sunday – Watch Supernatural from the beginning
  • WEDNESDAYS at 3:00PM: Studio Ghibli Movie
  • TUESDAY JAN 4 AND JAN 18 at 3:30PM: Roleplayers’ Guild
  • FRIDAY JAN 7 at 5:30PM: After Hours Movie – Dear Evan Hansen (PG-13)
  • FRIDAY DEC 17 at 5:30PM: After Hours Movie – Jungle Cruise (PG-13)

Ages 18+ Programs – Various locations and online

  • THURSDAYS at 9:00AM: Early Risers Yoga in Community Room
  • TUESDAY JAN 11 at 12:00PM: Spill the Tea Book Club (CLICK HERE FOR VIRTUAL LOCATION)
  • SATURDAY JAN 15 at 2:00AM: How Not to Burn Toast: Cheese Please in Community Room
  • WEDNESDAY JAN 19 at 5:30PM: Library Board of Trustees Meeting in Board Room
  • FRIDAY JAN 21 at 5:30PM: After Hours Movie – No Time to Die (PG-13) in Community Room
  • SATURDAY JAN 22 at 11:00AM: Ancestry Club in Community Room
  • WEDNESDAY JAN 26 at 5:30PM: Roleplayers’ Guild for Adults in Community Room

  • TUESDAY JAN 25 at 6:00PM: Family Movie – Luca (PG)
  • SATURDAY JAN 29 at 1:00PM: Jazz in the Amphitheater

Ongoing Programs – Online

Library hours will be Monday thru Thursday from 10:00AM to 8:00PM, Friday thru Sunday from 10:00AM to 5:00PM, Early Browsing Hours on Wednesdays from 9:00AM to 10:00AM. The Library will be closed Monday, January 17 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
