Can’t say that I’ve ever featured a house for sale before on Boulder City Social — but as this one was originally designed by Frank Lloyd Wright … it definitely caught my attention!
Purchased in 1960 by Betty and Don McHenry, the house is a Frank Lloyd Wright design, but the architect was a man named Harry Thompson who studied under Wright at the University of Arizona in the early 1950’s. And it seems he had to modify Wright’s original design a smidge to fit onto the lot.
I went to the open house, held this weekend by Team Tarantino of Realty ONE Group and indeed, there are very few square corners in the house!
The house was featured on Curbed.com as Friday’s House of the Day and so they have a bunch of photos of the interior you can check out … just CLICK HERE to visit the online article!
