This week the new restaurant at the Boulder Dam Hotel will reopen it’s doors as the Boulder Dam Restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Currently you can stop by between 7am – 2pm for their ‘soft opening’ and then their official Grand Opening will be this Friday the 28th!

You’ll see a lot that is familiar, but also freshened up a bit too. The beloved lunchtime salad bar returns along with other menu favorites. However you’ll also see the outdoor seating used more frequently in the back and there’s a full bar now too!
You can order breakfast anytime as well as lunch. Featured will be some new items like the traditional brisket hash along with homemade biscuits, a Monte Cristo sandwich, burgers and other yummy items. Our tummies are rumbling just thinking about it…
What about the steakhouse you heard about? That is planned for January after the holiday season, so look forward to hearing and learning more about that later.
Remember this is currently a ‘soft opening’ – meaning your patience is appreciated while they get there legs under them and work out the kinks. But we are beyond thrilled to have this local favorite spot back open! Congrats to Matt and the team!
