Here’s the latest scoop for ya, if you’re wondering what’s going on over at Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in the Albertson’s parking lot.
They are temporarily closed for remodeling, so you won’t have some of your fav sandwich’s for a while. Right now their sign doesn’t say how long it will be before they reopen…
But, we got some additional scoop from Jill Lagan at the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce, who shared that the remodel is for an upgrade that was required by the company at large. So not only will we soon have new owners here, they’ll have a newly updated spot too!
Estimated completion time is currently quoted at 2-3 weeks, so we’ll keep an eye on this for ya!
