We came across this information a few days ago, and thought it was worth a share.
Do you realize that between the remodel at our local Albertsons grocery store, combined with the McDonald’s and Jack in the Box remodels, that all of this activity totals $4.5 million dollars that have been invested into these locations in Boulder City?!?
We think that’s significant, because it shows that some very major corporations are predicting a decent amount of revenue in Boulder City far into the future, otherwise they would not likely have invested in remodels at this level of cost.
Sort of makes one feel a bit better, given that there was a lot of uncertainty – or downright fear – at what the impact of I-11 would be. I’m not saying the world is perfect and that our city won’t continue to have challenges, especially those dependent on drive-by traffic out on Boulder City Pkwy., but this is also still definitely good news!
