Each year, the 7-Eleven chain of convenience stores invites its customers to join in celebrating 7-Eleven Day, which is the anniversary of its founding on July 11, 1927. With more than 7,200 stores in the U.S. and Canada…that’s a WHOLE LOTTA Slurplees!
How many you ask? Well, their published estimate is that they’ll give away about 5 million free Slurpees on their birthday (but officially…it’s ‘while supplies last’. Yikes…just thinking about that gives me the brain freeze!
